5.1 cd222 operates mandatory identity verification procedures in compliance with applicable KYC and AML standards. You acknowledge and agree that verification is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request.
5.2 You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
5.3 cd222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, particularly where the source of funds is unclear or where unusual account activity is detected.

9.2 cd222 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already concluded ("late bets"), placed on incorrect odds arising from a technical error, or placed in breach of these Terms.
9.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football leagues or UFC events — the result as officially declared by the relevant governing body shall be final.
9.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and per market and are published within the platform's betting interface.
